We are currently seeking an experience Dispatcher who has MEP experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispatching technicians of all specialties to clients needing attention and providing support and information to Techs out in the field while adhering to CSNA standards. This individual should be able to recognize and prioritize the needs of our Facilities with the needs outlined by our clients to ensure that all jobs are completed to the company standards.

Responsibilities

· Determine staffing needs in which regions for jobs/projects daily

· Making recommendations to company hiring managers on needs

· Completing reports on employee activity/hour per job/recalls

Qualifications

· Must be able to work well under pressure and multi-task

· Extremely detail oriented and organized

· Ability and willingness to go the extra mile

· Self-motivated

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· STRONG sense of urgency

Requirements

· 2 years of prior MEP experience (experience with a company that services/repairs HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing)

· Experience Dispatching technicians to jobs daily and following up with updates

· Relationship skills
