CSNA is seeking a Vendor/Procurement Manager with Facilities experience and/or MEP
The CSNA Vendor/Procurement Manager is responsible for:
· Managing the activities of both new and existing external company vendors
· Managing the sourcing and purchasing of parts and supplies for both CSNA employed technicians and vendor technicians (when required)
Specific duties and responsibilities related to vendor management are as follows:
· Develop and foster positive relationships with approved vendors
· Manage the vendor approval process by ensuring the submittal of all required documentation
· Manage the vendor-on board process ensuring they are aware of all CSNA and customer policies and procedures
· Research and identify available vendors
· Conduct vendor interviews and or site-visits when required
· Develop a vendor evaluation process along for CSNA to easily identify success vendor partnerships
Specific duties and responsibilities related to procurement management are as follows:
· Identifying and sourcing materials and parts
· Negotiating favorable pricing agreements with suppliers
· Approving purchase orders and managing the purchasing process
· Overseeing an allocated procurement budget to ensure the continued completion of work orders
· Successful achievement of assigned KPI’s
Ideal requirements and background:
· College degree in Management, Administration or Supply Chain Management preferred
· At least 3 years of prior Facility Services experience
· High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Strong ability to multi-task
· Must be a self-starter
· Strong negotiation, management and decision-making skills
· High verbal and written communication skills
· Must be a solid negotiator and have excellent decision-making abilities

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
