CSNA Solution
The CSNA team held discussions with both the customer and the property landlord to determine the parameters by which the car could be removed. Based on these discussions a solution was executed that included:
- Disassembly and removal of the entry glass revolving door
- Removal of the steel beam support mount
- Construction of a temporary support structure
- Engineering and construction of a track system and ramp
The Results
- Prevented further costs by removing the car without major construction to the building structure per the landlord
- Met the customers deadline of removing the car within 24 hours of the project start
- Maximized their project budget by serving as the single point of contact for all aspects of the project
