Fire Valve Assembly Quick Install

Fire Valve Assembly Quick Install

Fire marshal allows limited time for completion

CSNA Solution

After inspecting the complete fire suppression system our team diagnosed that rather than replacing the piping, the backflow valve assembly was rusted and not functioning properly. Our solution included:

  • Shutting off the water to the main suppression line.
  • Disassembly and removal of the existing valve assembly from an underground water cabinet.
  • Installation of a new valve assembly.
  • Cleaning of the underground cabinet.

The Results

  • Reduced overall costs of the project with a solution that avoided a pipe removal and installation.
  • Improved overall efficiency of the system by replacing backflow valve.
  • Prevented any closure from the city by completing the job in the allotted timeframe.
  • Maximized their maintenance budget with the development of a long-term total system solution.
