The manager said that the store was experiencing an HVAC leak in multiple areas throughout the store. There was also a smell of burning wires in certain areas in the store.

- Conducted an inspection of the rooftop unit and diagnosed that the compressor valves were experiencing failure
- Identified the sources of the condensation leaks
- After a complete diagnosis of the existing system diagnosed that the entire unit should be replaced with a new unit
- Removed the existing rooftop unit and replaced it with a new unit and curb adaptor
- Installed heating kit and adjusted the air flow across the evaporator coils
